As of yesterday I’ve completed 2 months of exercising every day! Here are my stats for February:

  • 13 runs, totaling 44.3 miles and 585 minutes
  • 4 swims (195 minutes)
  • 4 rowing classes (360 minutes)
  • 4 dance rehearsals (510 minutes)
  • 3 walks (135 minutes)
  • 2 strength workousts (80 minutes)
  • 2 DDR sessions (70 minutes)
  • 1 yoga workout (40 minutes)
  • 1 bike ride (75 minutes)
  • 1 afternoon kayaking (180 minutes)

All in all I’ve spent a total of 2,230 minutes exercising, which is just over 37 hours. Just one more month and housecleaning services will be all mine. Yay!
